This year 1st and 2nd class started doing the Xylophone with Ms. Kealy. We have some quotes for you to read. Sinead in 2nd class said that they learned Mary had a little lamb. Cormac said that they learned how to play the Muffin Man. And Ellen said that she liked composing songs. The 1st and 2nd class do xylophone every Wednesday. It was a lot of fun and they hope to do it next year.

dance

For the past few weeks a man called Kevin has been teaching us dance. we've been working with him for a few years now and the children love him. The costs are very low for the dance at only 10 euro. The younger children are now learning to communicate through dance, fitness, fun and music thanks to Kevin. It takes a lot of  work put into this with about eight different dances to make-up and choreograph. At the end of the 6 weeks we do a big dance show for the parents and we also dress up depending on what type music it is.So all the teachers would like the children to give a big thanks to Kevin, which we know they will because they're so good! We're lucky to have them !!! 🙂
