And we have butterflies! First and Second Class have been watching our caterpillars grow, change into pupas and now all five of them have changed into butterflies. We have been feeding them flowers and giving them sugar and water. We are going to be setting them free tomorrow. We have also been hard at work thinking of names for our five butterflies! Well done First and Second Class on a very successful Science experiment!

- Aim to keep the ball/balloon off the ground using only your hands. This is in the form of a volleyball shot. Treat it like a hot potato. See how many times you can hit it before it drops to the ground.
- Too hard? - Catch and pass the ball/balloon each time rather than hitting it. Aim to make this as fast as possible and build up to hitting it each time.
- Too easy? - Call out the letters of the alphabet as you hit the ball/balloon. If the ball/balloon hits the ground start again at the letter A. Try to get to Z as quickly as possible.
