The boys and girls in Junior Infants enjoyed using one of their favourite dinners to make some constructions! Spaghetti!
They made 2D shapes, 3D shapes, houses, towers and lots more.
Who knew such a delicious snack could be used to build!
Design and Make Activity: Design a Bridge
Fifth and Sixth Class
The children in 5th and 6th class worked in groups to design a bridge that could support the most amount of weight.
The materials they used were maths books, paper and blocks.
The bridge had to be built over a 15cm wide river.
They worked collaboratively to design the best bridge and really enjoyed this work.
