We had so much fun throughout kindness and inclusion week at our school. We played collaborative games, art, made friendship poems, learned new songs and also did lots of group dancing! We are also learning all about alphabetical order and used this as the perfect time to challenge ourselves to placing ourselves in alphabetical order. Here are some photos of our FANTASTIC week.
We were very lucky this week to have Guest teachers for both GAA and Athletics. We really enjoyed our time learning about these sports and feel fantastic after all of our exercise and fresh air!!
We learned all about St.Brigid this week in First class and had so much fun making crosses today in her honour!
We had a ball hosting a Tea Party for our grandparents last week and presenting them with pieces of art we made with love!
We all had so much fun this week taking part in lots of Halloween Activities around the school and in the class. We investigated Pumpkins, took part in a Halloween Quiz, made some spooky skeletons, played lots of great games organised by 5th and 6th class and also had a Mummy making competition!
We were very busy with Maths week in First class and we did lots of fun activities! We played Addition Snakes and Ladders, made Shape Pumpkins, had a Maths Quiz in Class and also took part in a whole school Maths trail.
We had great fun and can't wait for next year already!
