21 children from 3rd and 4th class attended the FAI FUTSAL competition today, Monday 24th November 2014, in Gormanstown. The boys team played really well; drawing two games, winning one game and loosing another game. They came joined second in their group. A special congratulations has to go to the girls team. The girls won all their games today in their group advancing to the FUTSAL final, which was also played today. Both teams in the final were level after full time but it was the girls team from Kilbride National School who won the final in extra time.
