Here in Kilbride National School we have some good news to share with you all!! We have been awarded our Third Green Flag for conserving water. We have worked really hard this year and last year to earn this flag. Congratulations to the Ms. Kealey and the Green Schools Committee on all their hard work in ensuring that everyone in the school works at different ways to save water. Well done also to everyone in the school who has also worked hard in earning this flag. We now have three Green Flags - one for waste and recycling, one for energy conservation and one for water conservation. Eleanor and Sean from Sixth Class have been chosen to represent the school in DCU at the flag award ceremony on May the 25th. As a reward the whole school, for their hard work, have been awarded a homework pass!
