Student Council

Autumn Art

This week, the 1st Class have been learning all about Autumn. Here are some of the amazing Autumn art pieces that they have created.

Active Schools

The 1st Class have been really enjoying skipping as part of our Active Schools campaign.

Maths Week

1st Class have been working so hard this week, they have been completing lots of fun maths games, activities and challenges for Maths Week.

The boys and girls are having a great time learning how to play the drums with Dave.

Halloween Fun

We had some very scary visitors to our class today. The 1st Class had lots of Halloween fun this week.

Science Week Fun

This week 1st and 2nd Class teamed up to become Scientists. They had fun exploring and experimenting together.

Winter Art

Christmas has well and truly begun in 1st Class. Today, the boys and girls made some fabulous winter snowmen, which will be used to decorate our classroom for Christmas.

Fun in the sun

The boys and girls in 1st Class have been enjoying the good weather. They love staying active in the sun and learning new skills.

Green Fingers

The children in 1st Class have been learning all about the life cycle of a tomato plant. They discussed the steps in planting seeds and then put their learning into practise, planting real tomato plants. The children really enjoyed this and are very excited to watch their tomatoes grow.

Hurling & Camogie Training with Coach Aoife

On Friday, the 1st Class took part in a training session organised by Dunderry GAA club. The children were eager to learn new skills and show off their abilities. The boys and girls had a great time playing together, and they are already excited for next week's training session.
